Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced Support Service Specialist for our 24*7 Technical Support Business Process, who have a strong knowledge of IT  with high customer satisfaction. The successful candidates will plan, execute and drive assigned incidents to closure & customer acceptance according to pre-defined resolution deadline.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in IT Technical Support Service role.
  • Must be Proficient in English language .
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Officea and Professional Email writing.
  • Excellent in Team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional ability to handle client/customers with prompt follow-up and resolutions.
